Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate shall be able and willing to adapt and gain a deep understanding of the IT software industry, particularly in the retail sector. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Your role will be crucial in driving the growth and success of our company by expanding our client base and promoting our innovative software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to effectively target potential clients in the retail sector, generating new leads and opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs actively.
- Present, promote, and sell our IT software solutions using solid arguments to existing and prospective clients.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, networking, and social media.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports.
- Provide management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends in the IT software and retail sectors.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
Requirements:
- Familiarity with the retail sector and its specific challenges and opportunities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Experience working within CRM ecosystems and proficiency in LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation and sales strategies.
- Highly motivated and target-driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience’s needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field.
